Security Camera Information Notice

ANNEX 1.1.3. IN ACCORDANCE WITH LAW NO. 6698 ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA (“LAW”)

SECURITY CAMERA SYSTEMS INFORMATION NOTICE

Purpose

Maltepe Imaging and Healthcare Services Industry and Trade Inc., tax number 6110524223, located at Cevizli Mahallesi Fil Yokuşu Sokak No: 22/ Maltepe ISTANBUL (“Radiologica” hereinafter) as the data controller, within the scope of relevant conditions, hereby explicitly informs you that your personal data obtained by recording your image and audio via security cameras will be recorded, stored, preserved, reorganized, shared with authorized institutions legally entitled to request these personal data, and transferred, assigned, classified, and processed in other ways specified by the Law, domestically or abroad, in a limited and proportionate manner for the purpose of ensuring physical space security within the scope of our commercial activities or service relationship with you. It is adopted that the activities carried out by Radiologica with this Information Notice are maintained and developed in compliance with the principles set forth in the Personal Data Protection Law.

Collection and Procedure of Personal Data

Your image and audio recordings are obtained and processed visually, audibly, and electronically by automatic means through registration acceptance, call center, and physical spaces depending on the scope of the service relationship. Our Company will process your personal data in accordance with the purposes stated in this Information Notice. If there is any change in the purpose of processing your personal data, your additional consent will be obtained.

Within this context; all kinds of contractual and legal relationships and obligations between you and Radiologica, and other matters within the scope of the service relationship, and the personal data obtained and processed for this purpose are your image and audio recordings.

The personal data collected and used by our Company specifically include:

Data Category  
Physical Space Security Data Personal data related to recordings and documents obtained during entry to and stay within the physical space; camera recordings and records taken at security points, etc.
 

Security cameras located inside and outside the workplaces and buildings belonging to Radiologica record images for the purpose of ensuring company security, and the recording process is monitored by the IT department.

Purposes and Legal Grounds for Processing Personal Data

Your personal data may be processed by our Company within the scope of, but not limited to, the following purposes. Accordingly;

It is obligatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligations and in accordance with the provisions of the relevant Law, especially;

  • Fulfillment of legal and regulatory obligations
  • Ensuring physical space security
  • Ensuring the security of personal data by monitoring and tracking unauthorized transactions

Your personal data specified above are kept in physical and electronic archives within Radiologica and external service providers, in compliance with legal regulations.

Transfer of Personal Data to Third Parties

The procedures and principles to be applied in personal data transfers are regulated in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK Law, and the personal data of the relevant person may be transferred to real or legal third parties.

Transfer of Personal Data to Third Parties within the Country;

Provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the relevant person, and for the legitimate interests of the data controller, the data may be processed and transferred within the purposes of the data controller’s legal obligations and the relevant Law provisions;

  • To external service providers in case security service is outsourced,
  • To authorized public institutions, judicial authorities, and law enforcement agencies.

Ensuring the Security and Confidentiality of Personal Data

Our Company takes all kinds of technical and administrative measures necessary to provide an appropriate level of security to prevent unlawful processing of personal data and unlawful access to personal data, in accordance with Article 12 of the KVKK Law. In case personal data processed are obtained unlawfully by others, our Company will notify the relevant data subject and the Board as soon as possible.

Deletion, Destruction, and Anonymization of Personal Data

Pursuant to Article 7 of the KVKK Law, although personal data have been processed in accordance with the relevant legislation, when the reasons requiring processing disappear, personal data shall be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized ex officio or upon the request of the data subject by our Company.

The procedures and principles related to this matter shall be fulfilled in accordance with the KVKK Law and secondary legislation enacted based on this Law.

Your Rights Regarding the Protection of Personal Data

Under the Law and related legislation, your rights are as follows;

  1. To learn whether your personal data are processed or not,
  2. To request information if personal data have been processed,
  3. To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used accordingly,
  4. To learn the third parties to whom personal data have been transferred domestically or abroad,
  5. To request correction if personal data are incomplete or incorrectly processed, and to request notification of such transactions to third parties to whom personal data have been transferred,
  6. To request deletion, destruction, or anonymization if the reasons requiring processing disappear, and to request notification of such transactions to third parties to whom personal data have been transferred,
  7. To object to the emergence of a result against the data subject by exclusively automatic systems analyzing the processed data,
  8. To demand compensation for damages in case of unlawful processing of personal data.

You can submit your applications and requests within the scope of the Law by filling out the “Application Form Pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Law” available at the website https://radiologica.com.tr/;

  • You can personally deliver or send it via Notary to Cevizli Mahallesi Fil Yokuşu Sokak No: 22/ Maltepe ISTANBUL address,
  • You can send it to xxxxx@hs03.kep.tr with a secure electronic signature or mobile signature via registered electronic mail (KEP) or to kvkk@radiologica.com.tr by using the email address previously notified by the data subject and registered in the data controller’s system,
  • Radiologica will finalize application requests free of charge within at most 30 (thirty) days in accordance with Article 13 of the Law, depending on the nature of the request. If the request is rejected, the reason(s) for rejection will be notified in writing or electronically with justifications.
